Relief For Gerd

Whats the quick relief for GERD that is reflux hyperacidity?I experience giddy feeling often with headache.?
Have been on Sucral suspension and Rabeprazole Sodium And Domperidone Sustained Release Capsules for the past two years but with short term relief only. Please help. I do not smoke and drink occassionally that is once or twice a week and upto 180 ml per occassion.I have also started on morning walks.
