What are some good alternatives to taking Prevacid?
I took Prevacid for several years for acid reflux but I stopped taking it because I know that taking medication long term can be damaging. Now my stomach is always gassy and bloated and I have bad heartburn. Does anyone know any alternatives to taking medicine, like anything I could do to help this problem or any vitamins or herbal remedies, things like that I could try? The problem isn’t severe, it’s just mild- moderate. I’ve tried taking tums but those don’t really work. Thanks for your help
